As a leading international designer and furnisher of modern office and work environments, our mission is to anticipate changes in work life as early as possible and to provide new, intelligent solutions to our customers.
With the FUTURE OF WORK project we challenge past Bene Trend Reports and continuosly envision how we will work in the future.
In 2018, we published the Bene “FUTURE OF WORK” report. The report summarised what we learned about the future of work from discussions with around 40 experts from well-established international companies, startups, science, and consulting firms, from Berlin to Sydney and from New York to London.
The report provides insights, assessments and opinions on four aspects that will shape the future of work:
Since then we have continued the conversation with our customers and partners, given talks and hosted round-table discussions all over the world, and have thus promoted the discourse on “THE FUTURE OF WORK”.
For the second part, the “CHALLENGE THE FUTURE OF WORK” report we teamed up with the Fraunhofer Institute and have interviewed around 1,200 participants from companies around the world. The qualitative analysis of the first Bene report is now followed up with a quantitative analysis. We question the experts’ opinions, and we challenge them.
